Bark Off - TeleBrands They sold me 2 Bark offs for $10.00 but charged me $13.98 for shipping. BUT the bark offs DO NOT WORK even with new batteries Van Nuys, California

I ordered one Bark Off for $10.00 and one free one. The shipping and handling was $13.98 for a total of $23.98. The main problem is that nothing happens and they do not work. I even tried brand new batteries in them thinking my batteries were dead. They do nothing regardless.
