I have worked for them for several years now but do not get any work orders even though they stated if I paid for my drug screen and back ground I would get more work orders to have a good salary and made me primary technician but did not get any work orders. They want you to travel 50 plus miles and only get paid 35.00 dollars each work order when you only get one or two a month but get paid ever 30 days and if you want it in two weeks you have to pay them 7 dollars out of your pay in order to get in in two weeks by direct deposit. They have charged me 100.00 dollars for orders they said I did not show up to which I did not agree to even do, they automatically assigned the orders. They still owe me about 700 dollars in work orders from about 2 years ago and their pay issue is a joke they will not assist you in any way. They have given me nothing but excuses and still to this day send me work orders I told them I could not afford to do one or two a month for only 35.00 and travel 50 or more miles with no fuel reimbursement. They will hold it over your head too and I have told them to stop sending me emails and calling me unless they can file their promise of making me a primary tech after paying out of pocket for a back ground and drug screen in which I do not think they even needed or did because they just wanted me to agree to them deducting it out of my pay. To this day I would work my tail off for them if they can give me 3 or more orders a day not 2 or 3 every other month and wait for 30 days for payment. In my opinion they are ripping off a lot of techs and this is why I have not done any more orders for them, because they have not paid me for 700 dollars worth and deducted pay for a back ground and drug screen and charging me 100 for orders I did not agree to do or them saying I did not do it on time when in fact I have never missed one or missed a timed appoinemtn ever. Calling their service line does no good they will actually argue with you about it as if they are the ones doing you a favor while they rake in the warranty payment and you get paid 35 bucks 30 days later and the pay does come in that order ever 30 days so your checks will only be 35 dollars ever 30 days no matter how many orders you do. Their excuse for not paying for my 700 dollars is I did not turn them in on time, I was late and they charged 100 per order or I did not close the order out at all. Excuses excuses every time.
