Basem Andrawos Andrew Doesn't pay business associates and shorts customers Los Angeles California

Andrew makes promises to business associates; but when it comes to pay them, he can't be found. He has done this to me and two of my business partners. We only gave him a few jobs, but 4 of 5 of those jobs Andrew either only paid a fraction of the agreed amount, or refused to pay at all. Andrew would explain to us that there are major complications with the projects. However, after calling the property owner or the bank who funded the project, Andrew had already been paid in full months previously. Not only does he owe my group over $100,000, he shorts customers on their project. He pretends to forget to install something, sets an appointment to fix it, but then never shows or gives a bogus excuse of why he can't give the customer what they already paid for. 

Simply put, Andrew is intentionally a crook. At all costs stay away from him. I would bet that he will be in jail shortly.
