Bass Sales, Bass Enterprises ripoff, I paid never received item or money back Cucamonga California

I bid on a radio for my car, and won the bid. The seller (Bass Sales) entered a strike against me for non-payment. I was on vacation and did not know I had won. As soon as I learned I had won the bid I paid thru Pay-Pal and left positive feed-back for the seller in good faith on E-bay. E-bay removed the strike.

I made many attempts to contact seller thru e-mails and thru E-bay. Since the item sold for under $25.00 E-bay could not replace my funds thru their protection program. My only alternative was their Dispute Console which I tried with negative results.

I did update my feed-back for seller with a negative report. Still I have not heard from seller, not received my item nor received my money back.

Guess this is a lesson learned. I have never had a problem with any seller on E-bay for many years until this character. Buyer beware, this seller can't be trusted. Thanks to Rip-Off Report for this forum!
