Bathtub Refinishing of Washing DC They hire subcontractor to do the work and collect a refera fee. This is not illegal but I do find it miss-leading and deceiful practice, that they make it appear as thou they are a local company. Using call forwarding and shouing fake local addresses.

They are out of Massachusetts and hide their main office information. Recently changed their name from Whrilbath Refinishing after the complaints started to come out. Should you still use them, get a Certificated of Insurance to be sure they have workman's comp or you'll be the empolyer should the worker be injured on your property.
