batterybay.ney batterybay is very bad company to deal with , Internet

I ordered 3 batteries from the batterybay.net site on ealy Jan 13
goods were delivered  25 Feb 13
the first battery was too big to fit into the product it was ordered for - a phone - and the cover did not fit back on after you installed the battery
the other 2 batteries were for a headset, neither battery would charge and the headset was damaged and does not work any more now that I have tried to charge batterybay's batteries in the unit
I have emailed them asking for a refund since the 26 Feb 13 until 10 April 13
4 times they have asked for my paypal account details
4 times they have told me that they have refunded the amount
up until today the money has not been refunded to my account
on 10 April 13 I told them that I would post a bad note about thier company if they did not refund the money and today 16 April I still do not have the refund
I would like to warn anyone looking at thier site that if you order product from them don't expect it to work, and maybe don't expect your electronic item to work after you have tried to install thier batteries
I think I have been fair and given them enought time to fix the problem but they just will not refund the money.
