I ordered a Sony VAIO laptop battery. I asked for a silver one but I received a black one. The battery doesnt work, so I called their hotline which I got a message telling me the number is out of service, so I sent them an email and i got back no response.


On their website they say its 30 day return policy if you receive the wrong product which i did. So I just returned the product back to the adress it was sent from. Never heard from anyone!


I filed a complaint with paypal and thats when batteryhippo.com started communicating with me they told me the adress i sent it to has nothing to do with them and that they would look into it for me, now its been 1 month since they said that and they stopped communicating with me.


I have no battery and no money.


What a total scam!! I googled the website( batteryhippo.com) and found their BBB report they received a F grade. I wish i looked into them before I bought from them.
