I was contacted by phone in regards to a Master card offered by Leisure Card. I was told that I would receive my card by courier within 10 business days after my processing fee of $199.90 had been paid. I would recieve a Master card with a $2000 limit with 0% annual rate, and for the first year my monthly payment would only be $10 a month no matter how much I charged so the I could reestablish my credit history.

This company took the money out of my account on 8/16/02 and also the first $10 for the monthly payment (which was not told to me they would do). I have not received my card, and when contacting the 800 number provided to me it said that the Federal Trade Commission has temp subspended the business.

The 800 number listes a website address and on the website it states that the business was subspended by the FTC on 8/14/02 and they removed monies from my account 2 days after they were subspended. Which is fraud because they had no intention of providing me with the services that were paid for.

I am a single parent and a total of $209 is allot for me when I am just making ends met. I hope that this company is not still continuing to fraud hard working people of money for services they have no intention of providing.

I have filed an official complaint with the BBB of FL. Requesting that all my money be refunded since this company had not intention of providing me with the services offered and paid for. I still to this day have not received any package or credit card or even a letter in the mail.

Please everyone beware. I was in the hospital eariler this year and was off work for a month and was behind on my bills and struggling to get caught up. School was about to start and of course my daughter needed school clothes. I thought when I got this call it was sent from the heavens to help me get things back on track. Don't let these people rip you off too.
