Rick called, made an appointment for 2/6/08, and came over.
He promised me, like he apparently promises everyone else, that he could fix my site up and have it done in a few days.
He went right to my bank and cashed my $389.00 check.
Since then he will not answer his phone, one of the numbers he gave me was disconnected, and will not return emails.
He said he was out of town and he needed just a few more days to get the work done. That was three weeks ago.
I sent him many emails and called a dozen times.
I sent him CD's of info for the site.
Can you imagine what this guy lives like? You know that feeling he must have knowing if he gets caught after ripping off this many people what is bound to happen to him?
I just hope that sinse I checked the box to have an attorney call, one will. I would love to get everyone together and take him to court.
There has to be criminal charges made against this guy.
I was stupid, I should have googled his company and name before hand.
I hope this will help the next smart person who does google first.
It seemed like $389.00 was not so much money that I needed to check him out first, but I need that money. It's my money and he put his hand in my pocket and took it out the same as if he did it at the point of a gun. He used a pen.
Rick, I know you have to be looking at these. Let me tell you, we'll meet again and "we'll discuss this".

Here is a another case where Ric Fleming believes everyone is lying about his "business practices". Why would anyone take the time to post ANYTHING about you Ric if it had no factual basis?
From all that is posted about you, I'm certain that Lou is not a liar. You just got caught trying the same scam to Lou, Lou saw these postings and you needed to avoid another lawsuit coming your way?
If this is not the case, then why would you refund a client's money if your promises have been made? Obviously something was not right in order to finally refund the money. The pattern was the same. You just got caught, AGAIN and the people you are scamming are more aware and educating themselves on who you are, what you do and have done to others in the past through sources such as these.
You may continue to scam people through fraudulent activities, but, this forum, others and court files are helping to prevent good people from falling into your trap.
Seriously, how can you continue to scam people? How do you sleep at night?

Lou Blasco REFUND was made...same week requested!

Bay Life Designs made a call to Lou Blasco and stated to him a refund would be on the way. This refund was sent out to G and G Portable Boat Lifts and received via confirmed mail. The check was deposited and cash. The REFUND was sent out and cashed.
Lou Blasco was NOT ripped off or scammed as he has stated. Lou Blasco has made many statements in this posting that are NOT correct and have no truth to them. In a long conversation with this person, he was told when he would get the refund check by the end of that week. Before the week was coming to an end, he was already calling the office and making threats. When if he remembered what he was told, he stated he could not.
Blasco also writes about other statements, he has all the facts wrong again
We talk to Joe Blasco, told him his company would receive a refund, and the promise the company has been completed. THE REFUND WAS MAILED, AND CASHED AS OF 4.16.08
