purchase a gas range on jan 31 2004 in feb. we used the stove and it cought on fire it took 3weeks to get a new one the new one has never work right. we had services man out to look at it the said that they have fixed it. but the next time i used it the same thing happend. the oven does not work right.
we have called the store and ask to talk to a manger and we get he is not in he is out of town. we ask them to please have him call us no reply. the manger is steve johnson.
talk to one clerk 2 months ago the said that a part is beening orded i called 3 week ago to see how thing are coming and they said that the women i need to talk with is not there and they could not help me called back next day still waiting for parts.
i need some help i would like to be able to use my oven. thank you. talk to steven today oct 21, 2004 he had to answers for me.
