Bay and Bay Trucking Lease Bayand Bay falsely lures drivers to their locations for company or driving jobs only to NOT offer the job. Rosemount Wisconsin

Watch out for the false lure of "come work for us" as a company driver or lease purchase driver. This company has drivers repeatedly quit thier jobs. Only to after the fact....send the driver home with NO job. They did exact this with myself for a lease purchase. I passed all their requirements and DOT test before and at their location in Burnsville,MN. I pass the drug test,road test,all test written. I was fully active in class with my questions. I was in orientation for 4 full days. Monday through Thursday for a lease.

The very last day,the very last second of the day the very last minute, when my truck was getting last minute detail work done. The safety manager Dean the a**hole. Called me and told me, after reviewing my background, they will be letting me go and would not hire me. whay? I have no dui's,no offenses of any kind. No wreckless operation. OF course you do know all of that information is listed in your DAQ and CSA score. They had the same information as before as they did right then and their. They lead me on from day 1 through Day 4.

So please if a recruiter wants you to go to bay and bay. Do not go and try to work for them. They take jobs away from the trucking industry, by having you quit your job. And they gain market share by using the false strategy on the trucking industry. You are out of a job and they have trucks ready to fill the empty truck load that you are not their at your former company to compete. They know this.

You do know whether this company or any compny hired or does not hire yourself. By DOT standards you are considered hired once a drug test is done,regardless if they use you up or not.

They a**hole bald older guy named Craig is a huge a**hole too. He comes up with real dumba** quizes and questions like. Is placing on your seatbelt a "priority" or a "value"? Every single persn said a priority. This moron says a value. Then goes into a 20 minute lecture about this value. Whether it be either, the simple fact is it is the law. Just leave it at that. This is a pass or fail dumba** question. These people are nothing but a bunch of backwards idiots. They want you to have following distance of 6 seconds. Most smart trucking companies want 8 seconds with the smith system.

Bottom line I quit a $977.00 weekly job to own my own truck and lease it. Please do not fall for their False lies and scams. They benefit when they take you on as a company driver or place you out of the market as a driver. So they do Not give a rats a** or sh*t about you. You are a worthless number on a piece of paper and you are disposable. When I told my job loss to this flake Dean in safety.
