Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors... took full payment for goods almost two months ago. No goods in mailbox. Cannot find phone # to speak with a  person. Tracking # is useless. USPS knows nothing. I have proof of payment and order confirmation. Tried calling many times, to no avail. Tried faxing many times to no avail. Tried e-mail many times to no avail. Extremely unprofessional - No response - No contact - No goods - No happy!

Baytelecomm - Ripoff

What really bothers me about Baytelecomm - is that they sent my first order - No problem. I ordered the same exact thing a second time and that is when I found out how much they care about customers, service, honesty and integrity. Unfortunately, they do not.   They drafted the second payment directly from my bank account. They sent an order confirmation page. They sent a bogus tracking number that led nowhere. Later, they sent an email to me saying they had re-shipped my order.  I do not believe they ever shipped my order in the first place. I have never had any problem at all getting mail or shipped goods at my address.  Multiple attempts to make contact since have yielded nothing but frustration. Over a year trying to contact is fruitless.    There is no help from my bank or police. Using credit card may have been prudent, in this case.Lesson well taken. Research before purchasing online!!
