BBB CAUGHT??? Changing consumers complaints/Helping businesses commit fraud?!?!

 
Just a teaser of what's to come! !!
I  placed a complaint on Pissed Consumer.  I am posting the original complaint and what was rewritten /censored!!! without my knowledge or consent.   When I tried to complain I am BLOCKED from filing a complaint on a BBB Employee!!!!
 
Original Complaint:
 
Aug 2013, submitted returns to Pugster with their authorization. Nina Ryu signed for package and neither Nina Ryu or the owner Vanessa Lee will return calls or issue a refund for all items returned. How's this for dishonest. I contacted Nina Ryu and told her some charms were sent back in error. She wrote back to me that when the returns came in she would send them back. I checked on the USPS site to track the package and she already had it!!!! She received it, she signed for it and she never returned them or refunded me for them. The only reason I purchased from them is because they had CERTIFIED THROUGH THE BBB on their business site When I contacted the BBB to ask how this is allowed,Raquel Negrete of the <
Did Nothing!!! The BBB is allowing Pugster to fraudulently claim they are BBB certified!!!  I contacted the FTC for help and they wrote to Vanessa Lee and Nina Ryu to try and clear this up and Pugster ignored them completely!!!  They ignore calls and letters and proof which has been sent to the owner Vanessa Lee repeatedly and she does nothing. Pugster owes me $799.00 in returns and items never sent to me. I live in NY so I guess they figure because I am so far away it would be to costly to sue. WRONG. I am starting a lawsuit and I ask that other victims of Pugster please contact me at BmwTaxPrep@Gmail.com I know there's a lot of you out there!!! I am also looking for someone near Pasadene to serve the legal notices to Pugster Inc, Vanessa Lee, and Nina Ryu.  I do not just want my money back now. I want Pugsters books open to the courts to find their other victims and to see that we are all reimbursed. I want to find out what they did with my returns,(a month later Nina Ryu had a lot of new items she was selling on Ebay and they looked alot like my items that i returned. Also how did Ninas ebay account go from selling only maybe 20 to 25 items and all of a sudden she has hundreds???? Where is the money going to I guarantee it's not on their accounting books. How did they account for all of my returns? Who got the money for them?  How is this business allowed to do this? Why is there no way to make them account for their actions?  They steal from their customers. They charge shipping fees when they invoice you but most of the time when you receive your order the invoice says free shipping???? Their shipping charges are outrageous, so, where'd the money go?  Their personal accounts or their warehouse/supplier/ actual owners?  accounts in China? 
 I also want to know how Raquel Negrete from the BBB even has a job there. Decent, honest, hardworking businesses pay to be Certified through the BBB. And supposedly they have to meet a certain standard to be certified. Well, that's the way I thought the BBB worked. But obviously the San Jose office has a very different set of rules.   I cannot even begin to say how let down and disillusioned I am in the BBB. This was the first time i have had to look to them to help me get some sort of justice and I found out they are just as dishonest as the company I was being ripped off by.   I'll never use that Certified through the BBB as a way of determining if I can take a chance on buying from a business again. Businesses paying to get certified through the BBB WHY??? obviously you don't have to seems you can just place it on your website. End of my original.

(I accepted (((REDACTED))) agreement and took full responsibility for the validity of everything  I wrote, so tell me where anyone had any right to touch my complaint.  (((REDACTED))) says postings to their site cannot be changed, but can be added too.  So why was mine changed?)
 
I could not understand how Pugster Inc could pull such a deceitful and criminal act as they did with my returns.  Completely ignore the FTC and USPS, I guess we now know why they can don't we?

Pugster is definitely unscrupulous.

A few months ago I started getting a flood of Pugster eMail Advertising...

Pugster states there is an Unsubscribe Link, but there isn't one. Ive tried every reasonable way to contact them including directly emailing them ,Customer Service Links, Chat, Phone calls, but all of my attempts have been ignored. Ive seen online that others are complaining about this same eMail Unsubscibe Hoax. They have also experienced the same lack of success with getting Pugster to communicate. It's not an isolated occurance but the way they do business.

The various Regulatory Agency's seem disinterested. They want to put the burden on the Consumer to remedy the problem by doing things like changing their email Address or Blocking the eMails (Something that at best is usually a temporary fix).I ALSO couldn't get the BBB site to work, though from the posts I've seen it would be a waste of time.

Pugster appears to have no fear of Legal repercussions, and is now on my list of businesses to avoid at all costs.

Why when I told Pugster I was going to sue for fraud they now have an accreditation from the BBB stating they are accredited with an A rating and a 10 yr history for this????  You now say they have had an A rating since 2004?? How does that happen???

      And since now Pugster has been given all this shouldn't you be giving A ratings to all businesses??? Especially those that have applied since 2004?  

     Just because you add or change something on the system, it doesn't wipe out what was there before. There are still multiple statements from the BBB EMPLOYEES stating that Pugster was not accredited through the BBB!!!

  All you have done is shown once again that you cannot be trusted, obviously you will commit fraud at the drop of a hat.

     You give fraudulent histories to  a dishonest and unethical company helping them to commit fraud and theft.   

   They owe $799.00!!!  That's what the cost / value of the BBBs Integrity/honesty is worth?

    I am 1 person and you are committing all these fraudulent actions against me and everyone else that unwittingly trusts the BBB?  Protecting the company that has literally stolen from me? 

      If they had not stolen from me (and they know and YOU know ) that they did, then you wouldn't need to commit this fraud. What is wrong with you people???   The hundreds? / Thousands? of people that have read or will be reading can now go to Pugster.com and see the accredidation/lie. Click on it and see the rest of the lie.  

    Words cannot describe the despicable actions that the BBB AND PUGSTER have committed. Whether it's an individual or a multi million dollar company like Target.   If they are looking for a TRUTHFUL/accurate and fair report on Pugster, they are not going to get it from the BBB. 

 What's posted on there is a lie and I can prove every word of it. 

  Also, BBB and Pugster, I don't know if the 2nd rebuttal on this was from a friend or maybe an employee, but, please don't bother sending me any more ridiculous threats about Libel, Slander or any other lawsuit.  Who ever wrote that ridiculous rebuttal needs to learn the law before quoting it. Also they need to read the complaint in it's entirety or have it explained to them, before they whine about what i do or do not have a right to ask for.  Also all those abc's, 123's, xyz's basically  they    = these

Not sure who wrote the rebuttal from the BBB, but i sincerely hope that the erroneous statements made in the rebuttal are due to misinformation and not yet again the BBB showing they cannot be trusted.   So here goes,  the statement concerning Pugster and the little??? statement that they were certified through the BBB. Not sure what you call little but the statement was in big bold letters on their about me page.  This is an exact copy of their statement-

  And yes i take full responsibility for not checking the BBB site first.  But in my defense i really did not think that Pugster could or would be that dishonest.   
   I contacted the BBB because of Pugster saying they were certified.  I did not blame the BBB.  I went to them for help and also to make them aware  of what Pugster was doing. 
   The problem with the BBB arose from the dishonest way that Raquel Negrete handled my complaint and how they have not only allowed Pugster to be dishonest but they have participated in HELPING Pugster to rip people off.  
   As far as the complaint on Pissed Consumer and BBB statement that nothing was changed? I have already put the original complaint and then what was left after their hatchet job.  Also how about after the hatchet  job when i tried to make a complaint on the BBB site about Raquel changing my complaint ,  i was unable to post it.    For 2 days i tried to submit a complaint on a BBB employee.  Every time i filled out the complaint, (to move forward in the program you hit preview.)  When i hit the preview button i kept getting error messages that my complaint could not be processed at this time.   (Program glitch? NOPE!!!! ). I decided to try my sisters name , she is in the same town i am, all i changed was my name and email address . When i went to hit the preview button, it was like magic!!! Hers went right through!!!!  Not only did the BBB get it but they answered it!!!  When my sisters went through i again "of course"  tried with my name and email and of course mine would not be let through.  So you people out there that get an error when you try to send a complaint, it's not the system, your probably blocked!!       
   After being blocked from sending a complaint, i sent a copy of this ripoff report to the BBB scam site. and to 9 different BBB  offices in different states.  I have heard back from 3 Below are a couple of the emails they sent me. 
To sum up--Basically it's a not our problem,   we'll forward this to the San Jose office and i am sure they will contact you.  
NOPE!!!!  , haven't heard a thing from them.  They did however answer the complaint in my sisters name saying they could not discuss this with her because she did not do the original complaint .   And still i have heard nothing from the San Jose office.  I have since learned that the BBB is not actually THE BBB, but instead it consists of regional offices which are operated independently  from one another. Isin't that basically a glorified real estate office????     So when you look for the BBB Sign on a business BEWARE, If the BBB office that rates that business is dishonest, unethical, and extremely disinterested in protecting consumers.  Well guess what that business your about to plunk a bunch of money into is probably like. You might want to check somewhere else for the truth about that business. Don't go to pissed consumer on google, they can't be trusted either, they censor what is written in the complaints. You have no way of knowing what was really written and what was cut out.    I guess i would start with this sight right here!!!!    Do Not  make the mistake i did and trust the BBB.  Don't trust the business's that have the BBB sign, I have learned a hard and costly lesson believing in them.  What was once pure trust and loyalty to that sign has since turned into pure disgust. I have already caught myself checking for that trademark and instead of buying I pass them by.  I will be sending them a copy of this report though so they know why i will not buy from them. You can also be sure that every business that I have worked with and any that are trying diligently to get my business will have this report forwarded to them.     Every website I land on I will be leaving a copy   (I feel that due to their actions helping Pugster steal from me makes them JUST as GUILTY and responsible for that money that is still owed as Pugster is).
  ALWAYS ask and check on Ripoff Report 1st.  Nothing I have written has been censored and for the 1st time in all these months the BBB actually and (inadvertently I'm sure ) helped my suit against Pugster by admitting that Pugster did have on their site the statement that they were certified through the BBB, which pretty much cements my case against Pugster.    
 
Below are a couple of the brushoff replies from the very limited few that bothered to answer me back.  Pay close attention to the (We are certain they will contact you).  I have heard nothing from the San Jose office.  The only communication from them is the incorrect statement that they have posted in their rebuttal....

  Feel free to copy and post this complaint everywhere that consumers and businesses can easily have access to it.  
And while your at it you might want to send a quick email to PUGSTER INC  at Info@Pugster.Com  Attn: Vanessa Lee and Nina Ryu,   Letting them know that consumers are not going to stand by and allow them to continue their dishonest  and unethical practices regardless of the help to deceive and steal that they receive from the BBB. 
       I have served Pugster, Vanessa Lee and Nina Ryu with the General Demand letter that the State of California requires. I have to give them one last chance to settle out of court, (which I guarantee they will ignore like everything else.).  After the due date I will then start the court paperwork.  Anyone wanting to get their money back for items not received, for returns not refunded or for Pugster's overcharging for shipping charges, please contact me and I will research the possibility of a Class Action suit instead of a Small Claims  Suit.  Not 100% sure of California's  laws concerning Class Action, but I certainly can find out.

 From your own post......... businesses pay to be Certified through the BBB.......and there you go. THEY PAY AND GET AN A+ RATEING!!!! DOne and DONE! As for your requests into their business books. NOPE you do NOT HAVE THAT RIGHT!!! As your claim is under a grand, all you can do is TRY and go after them in small claims court. As for a Class action suit, sorry but you wont be getting ANYWHERE there. YOU dont have enough damages to start a TORT case. You need to be in the MILLIONS/BILLIONS area for that to work. Lastly, self-entitled much?? EXACTLY WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO MAKE THESE DEMANDS!!!!! You have ZERO rights to have ANY access to THEIR internal accounting. The ONLY rights you have is to a refund, IF you meet the requirements for one. ANYTHING ELSE is you acting like a spoiled child. Now that you have made a report on RoR, they may just ignore you completly and let their lawyers handle it. See the web is a media outlet, as such YOU must follow the same LAWS that EVERY printed publication MUST follow. This means that you CANNOT just slander and defame any individual OR business because YOU feel like it. It ALSO means that you CANNOT present YOUR OPINION as FACT!!! YOU have done both in your post. This isnt like being posted on your personal blog. If you were to enter in "Pugster" in Google right now, THIS report will pop up on top of the search list. This means YOUR report is reaching a larger base of consumers, which would be NICE for you had you kept your report to the FACTS of this issue. BUT you did NOT do this. No, instead you let your fingers run off where your brain should have stopped you. Which means that because of what you have written, and the sheer volume of available consumers that this report COULD reach, ANY monetary damages are going to be based on those criteria. Q x Z + % = Buttload of money for them.

What this means in YOUR case is that THEY NOW HAVE A SOLID CIVIL CASE against YOU!! And just because you are sitting at home doing this doesnt mean you are anonymous online. EVERYTHING YOU DO IS LOGGED SOMEWHERE!!! WHich means that if that business chose to do so, they could hire a lawyer and get a court order to have this site release the information they have on you. And make no mistake. RoR WOULD have to submit to a lawful court order. All that information that you entered when you went to make this report becomes available as well as the IP ADDRESSD that YOUR COMPUTER used. With just that information they can find out EXACTLY who you are. Then when the case is starting to shape up, they present a request to the Judge to confiscate YOUR computer. Even if you wiped your drive, erased every cookie, and unplugged your computer for a week, it will STILL have a copy of what YOU posted and a record of EVERY site you have visited and EVERYTHING you have written to anyone ever on that computer. As YOU would have used that device to make your RoR report, the ONLY way they would have to catch you is to dig through EVERYTHING in your computer.

Since there are 3 sides to EVERY story. Your side, their side, and the truth. IF what you are saying is 100% true with ZERO embelishment and ZERO exageration, then I agree with you. YOU DESERVE A REFUND!!!! But as someone who volenteers their time on RoR, I have found that there are VERY FEW 100% honest reports. MANY MANY MANY times the person making the report is going to basically LIE RIGHT THROUGH THEIR TEETH to makle themselves look like a better victim. And to paint the person or business they are making the report on look worse.

IF there is ANY part of this story that has been embelished or exagerated then you DO NOT deserve a refund because YOU would be slandering them online. Which is NOT your place to do. Your First amendment rights DO NOT allow you to say whatever you wish WITHOUT consiquences. It ONLY gives you the right to say whatever you wish WITHOUT CENSORSHIP BY A GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY. Its like yelling "FIRE" in a crowded movie theater. If even one person stubs their toe, YOU are responsable.

I wish you luck and I do certainly hope you get justice IF your post is 100% accurate. If its NOT then all you have done is start trouble for yourself. One would think that with all the lawyers in NY you SHOULD be able to find someone who can defend you against a civil suit. EVERYTHING I have told you is verfiable at your local legal library. So if you dont believe ME, then check it out for yourself. But do that BEFORE you make another post. This way you can protect yourself from any future litigation.

And it REALLY is not a shock to ANYONE that the BBB has NO TEETH and is a "Pay to Play" system that rewards those businesses who pay them with an A+ rank. Its no different the Angies List, YELP, ect ect ect. All they do is post negative or FALSE reviews. The ONLY way to have them removed is to join THEIR service and then MAGICALLY all those negative reports disappear. Now whenever I see a negative report, I make it a point to go into that business locally. WHY??? Well because it tells me a few important things. The first is that they just dont play THAT game. Paying for a rateing. Secondly, it shows me those companies that DO pay for the rateing probably are the EXACT opposite of what all those positive reviews state. Third, as a consumer myself, I would rather someone BE HONEST with me. Even a negative review is MORE honest then the paid ones. Almost everyone on the web has learned this and NO LONGER give negative reviews the same consideration as they did 5 years ago. NOW a negative review is almost an open invitation to make money.
