If you are drawn in on the ACAI BERRY craze, beware. ACAI BERYY DETOX, marketed under several names, will charge your credit card quickly and will refuse to take back that first shipment. CC companies cannot help you because, "the company has stste their policy."
You must immediately call the company and cancel you "membership." then you can decide whether the product suits you. You must get out from under the automatic shipment/ charge cycle before it begins.

ACAI BERRY DETOX is a big scam, but do not be scared by it.

I am a victim of Acai Berry Detox from 3007 greene St, hollywood FL 33020 too. Only I did not order Acai Berry Detox. But obviously this scam company either bought my card number from a third party or stole it itself. Let's think: who would stole someone's card , then buy something for the victim?
The answer is: they are targeting at charging you $87 plus $29.9 a month. No mater how many times you call the hot scam line: 1-866-949-0138 and how many times you are promised your order would be cancelled. your are guaranteed to be charged another $87 plus $29.9 next months. Because you have no prove that the person answer the scam line 1-866-940-0138 told you "alright, your membership has been cancelled and your order has been cancelled."
The right things to do are :
1. File report to BBB, and FL Attorney General. Call your local media. Suspend your Card.
2. File official fraudulent card transaction report to your bank ASAP, if you did not order the free trial at all. I was charged $5.99 on 05/06.My bank suspended my card temporarily and call me on 05/07. I recorded paper report to the bank on 05/07 confirming this was fraudulent transaction and get my case number from bank.
3. If you did order free trial, still, Call YOUR BANK, file official report!!! get your case number!!! Suspend your card!!!! Use a recorder, then call the scam line 1-866-949-0138. In the phone, the person would tell you, "I am not argue with you. okay, your future orders have been cancelled. " You have to make it clear the Date of your conversation when you on the phone. And tell the person "I have our conversation recorded. And I have already file dispute to my bank and your card now is suspended.
Once they know your card has been suspended, they lose all intereste in you at all. They won't waste their precious time on you. They will turn to next victim.
Remeber: BBB, Attorney General, Card suspending, Recorder. These are the weapons to fight back.
