this company is the biggest scam going! i went to orientation to be a company driver. before we finished orientation. they told me they didn't have any company positions in my area. so, i could either become a lease driver or go back home on a greyhound bus. so, of course i decided to try the lease that they made sound so pefect. big mistake! first this scam tells you the trucks are 07's or in service for less then 24 months. this is only part of the bull they drop in your lap! sent me and 2 other guys to oklahoma city to retrieve trucks. we get there and the office manager there had no idea we were even coming. oh, did i mention we had to drive a rental car there over-night? yes! needless to say, the trucks were total sh*t! they were 05's and 06's that had never been serviced. then we had to get back in a rental car and drive to colton california to get trucks there. oh, again drive over night to get there! needless to say, we get there! again we are greeted with, what are you here for? trucks weren't ready, hadn't been through the shop for service and had to wait 3 days to even look at a truck. oh, did i mention we weren't paid for any of this? not a f**king dime! they don't even allow you to see service records for the trucks. the trucks weren't 07's. which is the add that they run to get you there on there website. check for yourself! so, i don't want to bore anyone! so, i'll tell you how these f**kers take care of the lease drivers. i was stuck out in california for three weeks. they couldn't get me a load back east! that's the story they told me. then they only get you enough miles to pay the lease and have a bite to eat here and there! but, three days after i get my truck. turbo goes out and truck in the shop 3 days...no pay! then 3 weeks later, injector rings leaking fuel into coolant 2 days down...no pay! no miles, no pay, sitting here for a day, sitting there for a day and a half! moral of the story? don't f**k with these people! they will treat you like s**t! in 2 months time i got home a total of 3 days. and i still could make enough money to buy a bus ticket home!
F**K US Xpress! if anyone out there is a lawyer and can do something about this type of scam. please contact me! i'd love to get back at these people!
