I think it's really unfair that anyone can post a complaint who has never used the services of Balanced Books or any other company. The complaints are never signed - how convenient. I've been in business for over 20 years and have always prided myself on great customer service. I have clients from all over the world, and in every state. I'm a bestselling ghostwriter, co-author, and development editor. Would I have achieved that status by being dishonest?  NO. 

The happiness of my clients is always paramount or I would not  have been able to stay in  business for over 2 decades. Doesn't that make sense? 

I know of other businesses who have had hoax complaints - Stop it. It's very unfair. 

 Billy you lie through your teeth. A ghost twitter only to edit does not charge 5000, you were hired to write a book. You could not get facts correct at all. So it turned in to the owner writing it. You couldn't even edit. Writing does not cost what you charge. You are a habitual LIAR Jilly and need to be delt with by the better business bureau and the attorney general. You have been reported as a con, stealing citizens money. Believe me. I have all the proof needed to show your rebuttals are out right lies. Because you couldn't get facts correct in your writing. Your ghost writing turned in to simple editing. Do not use Jilly, you'll find out the hard way she's a habitual LIAR.

The two people who have complained about Jilly Prather's ghostwriting services are those who hired her to edit their written manuscripts and signed a contract for that service. They then demanded that I make the manuscript's story better by ghostwriting substantial material in several chapters. That requires a different pay level, as ghostwriting costs more than mere editing. They refused to an increase in cost and became irate when I would not provide the ghostwriting for free. She has bill to pay and a family to provide for also. Want something for nothing? Go stand in line at a food bank. But don't expect a professional to work for free.
