BBQ Grillware - LG Sourcing Warranty not honored unless original sales receipt is in hand North Wilkesboro North Carolina

I purchased this four burner grill ($450.00)from our local Lowes store because the store personel said the Warranty was great and the company stood behind it well (nothing was said about saving the sales slip for years). The burner design or the metal used for the burners is faulty after just three years use the burners crystalized and fell apart. I see this often when heat protection fails in a boiler heat chamber. The Company admits the appliance is under Warranty for the burners but only if I have the original sales receipt. My only recourse ( no reciept) is to pay for new burners from them 11.00 (half price) each plus 30.00 shipping or buy generics at lowes for 14.00 each.
Don't buy this productline or anything this company imports from China they will find a way not to honor the warranty.
