BBV Hot Movie Sale Paid 4 years of membership NEVER used somewhere in Florida Florida

I purchased two movies in August of 2011. I did not read clearly that fine print that I was also buying a membership by purchasing this movie at a discount. From that time until this month the BBV#HotMovie people charged my credit card 19.95. I admit this is a huge error on my part to not take notice of that charge and wonder what it was but I didn't until November of 2015. I disputed the charge and my credit card company got the BBV movie man on the phone with me. Yes he said I have been billed all this time every month and well, yes, the two movies had cost me about $800 bucks. He was very sorry but there was no way to refund ANY part of that money. I had the membership and if I chose not to use it, well, that was my problem. The credit card rep was really helpful, she kept asking for a manager or someone higher up. This guy said he was a manager and was authorized to make these decisions, no one higher up would or could help and he would not transfer a call. He repeated he was so sorry but he just had no choice but to deny the refund of any part of my 800 dollars. I think this must happen very often. I credit my own stupidity for not trying to stop these thieves sooner but 800 bucks for two movies is one great lesson. I want people to know and avoid this company.
