Well i tryed to e-mail them back and my e-mail returned.. "failure demand.. so i contacted my bank they told me in order to stop BitVideo from taking money out of my account was to apply for a new credit card.. this would stop them in there track's. so the old credit card was destroyed.. and the new one i got i will not purchase nothing over the internet anymore..this taught me a lesson..
