BCI-ceaser mckensize told me i was going to jail if i didn't get a walmart card in the sum of 300.00 and then give them the info over the phone. wouldnt take check or credit card. said i stole money from account and then Internet, Internet

 There was a guy named Ceaser McKensize that called my home at around 4:30 pm eastern standard time. And told me that he was an agent with BCI and said that if I didn't get a wal-mart money card with the sum of 300.00 on it that i was going to jail. He sounded like he was from India or somewhere like that.  He gave me a phone number which is 1-409-300-2548. Said he was an agent and that if I didn't come up with the money by yesterday at that time that i mite as well turn myself into the local police department. That I was going to jail and to court over money that I applied for through a cash loan. Told him I never got the moeny so I didn't know what he was talking about. He then talked to my bf and my bf asked if this was a scam and ceaser got flustered. Said he had to talk back with me. I talked a bit then told mr. mckensize that i would see him in court, he then ended the conversation by hanging up.
