They have called me several times and my moms leaving threating voice mails That says they are from the Process and Summons division and there has been fraudulent activity on my account. I better contact their legal department before I am served at my place of employment. Gave me a case number and told me to contact their legal department at (302) 861-5020. They never said what account or named my employer.
