Thieves (Avoid at all costs)

They will pull money from your bank account despite your objections.

They will change their names and acronyms to avoid any stop payment instructions.

So callous and deceiving. This is what happened to us.

I purchased a Company and they had been using their services. I had other ideas and frankly just didn't like their way of doing business. (eg, No emails of future or pending withdrawals. No texts or calls confirming a debit to your account, etc.)

One day I contacted them to say STOP. That I had enough and wished to use a different service. Immediately the questions began. Who will you use? Why are you leaving us? Hold on, etc. etc. Then the form problem begins. I needed to fill out a form before they can stop taking money out of my bank account. A form! Why? Why do I need to fill out anything, (which I am certain has some fees tied into it), for you to stop dipping your hands into my pockets. No I said. I will not fill out anything. I will not sign anything.

Just stop taking my money. I am the owner and this is what I want. Our relationship should have ended right then and there.

It didn't. They continued stealing my money. Now it's considered stealing because I did not give them permission. it continued.

I decided to put a stop payment on them. Whatever the costs I didn't care. Stop payment was entered on Broadway Database. Then, surprisingly, a week or 2 later I see a debit from BDB. What the hell? I put a stop I thought. NOPE. My bank tells me a stop payment was entered for Broadway Database NOT BDB. The So_ _ of Bi_ _ _ _ s used an acronym to circumvent the stop payment.

What kind of people do this? It's mind boggling.

Strange complaint

AUTHOR: Herman - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, August 18, 2017

I am a customer of BDB Payroll Services. They are a great company, very professional and willing to go the extra mile.

I cannot understand the complaint that this gentleman has. When ANY service is terminated, the customer must send something in writing to cancel the service; otherwise anyone can call and claim to be the owner and "cancel", leaving the company in a lurch.

When dealing with a payroll service; that not only cuts the payroll checks for the employees, but also has to deposit withholding monies to the IRS, and the State; the failure of which would result in penalties, fines, and possible imprisonment, it is totally understandable that the payroll company needs to have the termination in writing. Additionally, they must coordinate the handover to another payroll company (or the in-house accounting department of the client) in order to ensure a smooth transition; no double payments and no missed payments to the employees and the Government.

I do not understand the "I will not fill out anything, I will not sign anything" attitude. What does that mean? Weird!
