The review that nobody (management co/owner) wants you to see.  This is "mansion" is 13,000 sqft of pure chaos!  I have documented proof of everything I am about to tell.  I spent more time on the phone with the Management Company dealing with issues than I did relaxing on "Vacation!"  For example - In the 1st floor kitchen -  the roof leaked, the hood on the indoor grill did not work, the sink clogged and backed up into the dishwasher.  In the 2nd floor kitchen - the AC leaked causing a waterfall above the kitchen table, the dishwasher also did not work on this floor either.  The movie theater is off limits after 3 hours of use due to the "expensive" $800 bulb needed in the Projector.  Your use is monitored (along with 24 hour surveillance throughout the entire house) and if you go over the 3 hours you can expect a phone call demanding you to exit the room and shut the door behind you, or else you will be locked out for 24 hours.  At check in, we noticed the back patio area was under construction.   However, we were promised there would be no construction workers on property during our 4 day stay.  Wrong!  6:30AM the 1st morning, the construction workers were there and did not leave until approx 4pm after several calls complaining about their loud machinery.  I was also notified of a "gas leak" outside and received a phone call demanding all outside gas be shut off.  This is for the heated pool, fire pit, and tiki torches.  Surely if it was a real gas leak, someone would be sent out to investigate, right?  Nope, instead we were unable to use any of the outdoor features half of our time there.  Gas Leak?  Or added expense the owner did not account for?  This is one book you DO NOT want to judge by the cover.
