Beachbody Beachbody Unauthorized Charges Internet

I was watching t.v. when an infomercial for the newest Beachbody exercise video appeared. I like Shaun T, Tony Horton and some of the others. I lost alot of weight on P90X.

I got online to check out Cize which looked fun. I filled out the form, and even went to the next pagem filled out the credit card area, saw the amount and closed the webpage. Never did I confirm. I figured I'd think about it and maybe return, or maybe not. I felt safe, as this is how online shopping carts are used. I do it on Amazon all the time.

I went back to check my email, a couple of hours later. I was shocked that I was charged and an order was on the way. I immediately tried to call them, and no one was there. I emailed them of the unauthorized charge, and the next day I got a snotty email saying I did order. I didn't order. Not at all. The only way to see my order total was to save my card to their site.

I emailed them, and they said I'd have to pay for shipping for a return on an order I didn't make. I called them and was on hold for several minutes. I finally spoke to someone, and every time I said "I was charged on an order I never made", I got cut off. Well, I kept calling them, and finally I had had enough. I threatened legal action, and those words finally got a person who said. "Well, after you send it you'll get a full refund." They still blamed me, and suggested I had confirmed an order which I hadn't done. They finally emailed me a return receipt. They also implied I'd have to pay for shipping back. Well, I told them I don't even want it, so don't even send it. As likely, they said, "You ordered it." I went around and around with them saying, "No, I didn't." 

I was finally told I would get a full refund and not have to pay shipping to return it. So now I have to wait. I intend to go the full 9 yards with these criminals. It'd not be a big deal, but it is. If I don't get a full refund (it's pending on my credit card statement, so when it comes through I'll take correct action), I will carry this further. they must be stopped doing these criminal things.
