Beacon Debt Solutios Took our money, but gave nothing to our creditors and collection has been made by creditor Westminster California

We received a mail advertisement and, out of desperation, contacted Beacon. They sent us the contract, told us how much they'd reduce the debt, we are safe from any creditor's collection and how much it would cost us per month (over $1500/mo.).

Subsequently, we did everything they instructed us to with regard to handling the creditors if they kept hounding us - we read the statement to the creditor on the phone; we faxed Beacon the notice that we were still being contacted . Beacon did NOTHING about any of it.

Every creditors said they had not received any notice from Beacon and paid them anything; and a collection has been made from one of creditors. Not only did Beacon not do what they said they would do, they actually made things WORSE for us!. Also I never received any monthly statement or web access to my account as stated in the agreement.

Then, I cancelled the service after I paid more than $6000, and asked to refund, but I can not receive any response.

Please stay away from this company. Beacon only take your money and do nothing.

I will sue this company and any helpfull information is welcome.
