Bear Roofing Sloppy Work, Does Not Honor Warranty Birmingham, Alabama

Bear Roofing Company has no integrity. Sloppy flashings allowed water leakage, leading to rotten wood, resulting in ceiling stains, and damaged house siding and soffits.   Questionable mold with possibility of insulation replacement.  Basic standards were not followed, i.e., did not replace the vent boot until five years later, and the customer was persistent in telephoning/emailing.  Poor customer concern,   to the point they do not return telephone calls, or  show up for scheduled repairs.   A permit was obtained to  assure inspection for  good quality repair, and Bear  has decided to renege  on  the warranty, for which I paid.
