beats of dre never received item purchased and they are not willing to compensate. Internet

I purchased solo beats from them the website stated will give tracking info. Never received that so had no idea when the item was coming. Had voice mail stating that DHL was delivery my package that day when i got home from work but no package on my step and no note on door that they tried to deliver called DHL number from voice mail found out they left it and it was stolen from my step. They won't compensate for my lost expense for their none complinace with what is on there web site that they give tracking info. They didn't even tell me which carrier was going to deliver do i could have tracked prior. Very fustrating as my daughter saved up her money to get these do now she is out of money and had nothing to show for it.
