Beau Derma Skin Care Beau Derma Eye Revitalizer I ordered the TRIAL and paid shipping, canceled before my 7 day period, but after they charged my banking account for over $160. and I called, they had no record of my cancellation. They stated my shipment had already been shipped, charged my account, and a week later still no product. The trial size was a rip off.I called back again, told them I would be returnin the product if it ever arrived, but they stated could not get a refund. The person was very inconsiderate and poor customer service, for what I could understand of the conversation, he could hardly speak English. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he refused. Product was ordered as a trial, I cancelled when I found none of their amazing results was happening, in  fact the product

burnt my face. Then my bank account was charged for both eye serum and wrinkle cream, over $160. When I called I was told the shipment had went out and they could do nothing about it, but they DID charge my account the day they shipped it.

A week later the order still had not been received, I called, the person in customer service could barely speak English and was not very customer service oriented.  I explained I had canceled during the trial period and since they had no record of it didn't matter,)very convienet they had no record of the cancellation). the shipment was on its way.  When I told them I'd be returning it he told me I would not get any refund. I asked to speak to his supervisor, he refused.  The companys service and repensentation stink.  Their product is greatly mis represented.  I would suggest no one order these over priced, non effective products.
