Who would have thought Joanna Gaines and Chip would be associated with a Rip-off product. Joanna is promoting a Wrinkle Cream free trial for just 4.95 shipping, but hidden somewhere on her web page is a little a fine print that states if you don't call in within 14 days to cancel, the Credit Card you used will be charged 99.95 for the 5oz bottle of Wrinkle reducer and 89.95 for the 1oz cream bottle.
When I called to tell them I was not going to use the product and had not opened the containers and wanted to cancel and return the product, the answer was "sorry we do not restock and we do not offer refunds. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and he was very rude and told me the same.
My next step is my credit card company to see if they can put a hold on the charges.
Lesson Learned, I should have read the reviews, I see someone in Springtown, Texas got fooled just like me.
