Beaute Orchid Beauty FRAUD/MISLEADING- you buy & pay for a sample and 2 Weeks later are charged hundreds of dollars Las Vegas Internet

 I saw an add that appeared to be a product supported and founded by Joanna Gaines from HGTV's Fixer Upper TV Show. I thought it was legit and ordered "samples", the cost was approximately $8. It did not mention that it was actually a membership and that I would be charged hundreds of dollars in 2 weeks. I reviewed my email from my samples and it again does not mention a membership fee/charge that will be assessed. This is total FRAUD! My credit card company alerted me via email of the charges because they were suspicious. My credit card company conferenced Beaute/Orchidbeauty and myself. The representative spoke little English, tried to sell me additional products while we tried to explain that these charges were not authorized. The man said if I did not have a reaction to the product that I could not be refunded. I asked him to send me the verbiage that states this is a membership and that there would be additional charges in 2 weeks, he would not comply. I asked him when I would get the hundreds of dollars worth of face creams, he said that the 3/4 ounce sample I received cost hundreds, I said why wasn't I charged hundreds initially, to which I received no response. Please beware of this company and do not order samples because it will cost you! I have to file a dispute with my credit card company and it is not guaranteed that I will be refunded.
