Beauty Impressions Skin Element, Eye Vibe RETURN IMPOSSIBLE Pacoima California

I was browsing a miracle face cream add on Facebook, and it had a free trial for shipping only, i put my information in and then went to the next page, to the eye cream page and I decided it was a bad idea, so I X'd out of the order.  I did not click on submit or Order or anything. Then it hit my bank for the shipping and 2 products arrived at my home.  The Skin Element and Eye Vibe, so I thought I would try them for a week and then cancel.  I called and they said I had till Jan 9 to cancel and return.  So I ccalled them a few  days before Jan 9 and asked to cancel and return.  They said I had to return the products and put the return numbers on the outside of the box, which I did and sent Priority mail on Jan 13.

I called them today to make sure and cancel and they won't cancel without my tracking number, which I lost.

They said I have 8 more days. I don't think they need my tracking number to cancel. 

How can I get them to stop charging my account?  Visa Debit card
