I purchased a Crystal Keratin Express Treatment and paid Lizzie, the owner of Beauty N Charm direclty. I was asked to wash my hair three days later. When I did, my hair was still totally frizzy and wavy. I rang her up and she lied to me and said that the keratin treatment is not supposed to make the hair straight and smooth. She is lying to the wrong person since I have had over 15 keratin treatments done in the past at other salons and they all worked. I also spoke and met with the distrubitor of the crystal keratin express treatment in the UAE. He looked at my hair and said it was still wavy and frizzy. He said the keratin treatment is supposed to straighten and smooth the hair. He said there is no way Lizzie used their product since their treatment costs AED 1500 (I paid AED 300). Lizzie is using cheaper, inferior products and scamming unsuspecting customers. Lizzie and her salon are running a fraudulent business. I am on to her dirty scam and will report this immeidatley to the proper authorities. Don't get scammed by her!! She is scum and people like her give Dubai a bad name. Her salon must be shut down!! This is total scam, fraud!!

Hello Everyone.
This is Lissy, the person about whom somone who does not even have the guts to come in open has said and commented regarding the operations of my saloon.
I have brought this saloon in 2012, the management takes complete responsiblity if someone who came to the saloon has an issue with the products or the service, but to write such immature comments and calling me scum is beyond the dirt where she has grown up in.
The saloon is still running without any difficulties, if anyone has any issues, the scum has to come to me and solve the issues
Miss julie, I know who you are, where you come from, what youre made off. so dont think we dont know who said this, but as a courtesy, also the fact that youre the least important person that has ever showed up in my saloon, I dont care what you have to say.
I was infomed about this message very recently hence took time to give befitting reply. Do ask her to let you, me and the world know what actions has she taken with the concerned authorities as she has proudly announced. just because someone has money, they are not born with class and manners, as it comes from good Lineage, which you lack big time.
I am a believer in GOD, something that a froth like you will never will be. so have a good life.
To my clients and ripoff followers, this is a fake message to make my Saloon business down. Kindly do not fall for such trash talks.
