Like so many others, I was ripped off by this company. I ordered the free sample, and was sent 2 unordered packages which I returned via the post office unopened. The company sent me an email stating I had returned the items past their 30-day return policy (not true!) and they would not be issuing a refund. I didn't know there was a 30-day return policy since there was no information in the sample. The "sample" contained only about a 1/2 teaspoon of product.

I immediately contacted Chase, my credit card company, to put the charges in dispute and faxed them all the information regarding the dispute.

Next, I tried to contact Jevene regarding the products but my emails were returned even though I used the email address given. I went to their website http://www.liftvisage.com and could not find any contact information. I then found their site at http://www.jevene.com and found their phone number. I called but was placed on hold.

After 8 minutes a recording came on saying they were disconnecting me but I could leave a message and they would return my call within 2 days. I left a message but never heard back from them. Next, I tried to cancel my "membership." Since I didn't have an Order ID # the information would not go through when I hit the button to submit the form. After that, I found a link to email the company. I used that and successfully cancelled the shipments.

I received a 3rd package the day I learned of the charges on my credit card and took it back to the post office and "refused" delivery. Eight days later, I received the same email from Jevene telling me they received my returned package but could not issue a refund because it was past their 30-day return policy.

After giving Chase all my information, they have sent 3 emails requesting more information. I have given them all the information they have requested through emails, faxes, and phone calls, and now they have decided there is not enough information to pursue my dispute and have taken the charges out of dispute.

My credit card has been charged a total of $173.90 ($57.90 x 3).
Besides the sting of not being able to get a refund, the cream caused a rash with swelling on my face, a headache from the smell of the cream, and swelling of my sinuses, which led to some breathing difficulties.

Please let me know if there is a class action suit on-going or being planned to keep this company from doing this to anyone else!

Thank you,

Phyllis
