Beautyclub charged and never sent product Internet

Beautyclub.net is a definite ripoff. First of all I purchased a Living social coupon online. By the way Living social is a good reputable company with great deals. I got online and purchased a product on May 21 and my credit card was charged and the coupon was marked as redeemed.  I waited for two weeks and the product was never sent "still processing." After several phone calls I was told that i would receive it in a few days each time I called, which was four times.  Living social would not give me the money back but did give me a credit.  Needless to say, I did cancel my order but no changes to my account on there website or credits for shipping have been satisfied. I will never by from them again!!  No backoeders or problems with my order was indicated.  Probably the company is either going out of business or this is common for them to rip people off.
