Beaver Express Service ripoff Falsely accusing me of an accident. Woodward And Tulsa Oklahoma

I was accused of hitting a fence with a truck. I watched the rear of the trailer as I pulled out of a place. I know without a doubt that I did not hit it. I had them "reinvestigate" it twice, but both times they ruled it preventable.

They dispatched another driver to drop the trailer off at a place, and later dispatched me to pick it up. They did not ever bother to ask the other driver anything about this. The company where this happened at told me a Yellow truck hit the fence a few days prior. However they waited 2 days before they called this in to my company. Their excuse was that they wanted to get off of work early that day.

I have documents emailed to me by the company that explains about the accident, including emails I have sent and received from them. In the documents, the accident review board (consists of dispatcher, and two other drivers whom I worked with) one person says, "Based on the information we were given, there is nothing to show that he didn't hit the fence". But where is the proof? Also on a response from the safety director, he says that he talked to a person at the company that I supposedly hit the fence. This guy said "Well actually no one saw him hit the fence."

The terminal manager said that this would only be in my company file, and that would be as far as it went. I gave my 2 weeks notice last monday 7/19/04 and they terminated me. They put the info on DAC report. I have been declined from 2 jobs since. They also cannot report information correctly. They put the wrong trailer number on the accident report, and on my DAC report, they put that I only drove a straight truck. Not eligible for rehire, but my work record is satisfactory.

Please help. It is very hard for me to get another job right now, and I do not want this ruining my career. I am able to fax all documents to whomever for further information. Thank you.
