Becky Acord Becky Shapiro Misrepresentation of horse sold to us; blandford, Massachusetts

A horse was purchased from Becky and the horse was totally misrepresented to us after spending thousands of dollars for him.  She definately has a great sales pitch.  Still trying to figure out how she sells these horses and claims they are all 1 tempermants when she really doesnt even know them.  Have you read her descriptions lately of the horses she has for sale; everyone says the same thing, but how does she really know when she has only had them on her property for a week or two.  After long hours of investigating her background, which we should have done beforehand, we received many emails from other buyers of her horses and not one had a good experience.  Many received horses that were not at all what they were represented to be, many had stories of very sick horses once they brought them home.  One even lost 3,000 dollars because she was so disgusted with her business practice.  This individual was told, "oh return the horse and exchange for another" well of course the other was thousands more, great gimmic Becky has going on.  One even received a phony coggins report.  Becky is suppose to have a license to sell these horses and she doesnt even have this.  Im not sure if anyone even noticed but a few years back the name of her barn was Horse Hill Stables, why the name change????? I think I know why.  I feel for everyone that bought horses from her.  Im sure like us we spent thousands of dollars for a horse and now we are paying thousands more in vet bills.  I am disgusted in myself that after being in the horse world my entire life I let someone take advantage of me.  In closing, we paid almost 10,000 for a horse from her and we are still sinking vet money into him to get him healthy.  Oh and as Chip mentioned, I agree I believe these horses are drugged before you get there.
