BeenVerified This company ripped me off and then was kind enough to return only half my money even though I only used their service once. I was scammed into signing up for their "credit reporting". Which I did not Internet, California

I signed up to find a person with BeenVerified.com. I did not find the information I was looking for so I cancelled my subscription within the 7 day trial.

I looked at my bank account today and found I was charged $29 for credit reporting. I did not sign up for this and when I called them they were "kind" enough to refund half my money. Which would take several days.

After doing some research of my own I found out they have to refund all of my money.

I called them back and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there is no supervisor and the person I was talking to was the only supervisor. He had no one above him. When I tried to explain to him what I had found out about their company refusing to refund all of my money, he was very rude, told me computers do not make mistakes and I had only logged into their website one time (the day I signed up and did my search). This is not true. I signed into their site after my initial search and cancelled my account. I didn't recieve a confirmation email. Now they will not give me all my money back.

I am disabled and on a fixed income. When they took my money it made it so I could not afford to buy the milk and other food items I needed today. I was very angry when I hung up from the last phone call.

Anything that says you get a free trial, stay away from! There is always a scam of some sort.
