I recieved 3 ties in the mail from Belisi Fashions. *I had never signed up for anything relating to Belisi Fashions nor given my credit card info to anything even remotely related*

On my next credit card statement, there were several Fraudulent charges. The first fraudulent charge was 16.95 from Belisi Fashions, followed by 5.95 from Trimlife, 1.00 Bargain Network, 10.49 Blockbuster Online, 6.94 People PC, 39.80 Bargain Network, and 29.80 Price Store. This is a credit card that I only use for purchasing gas; it was obvious that someone had stolen the number. I'm not sure what Belisi's role was in the theft, but I find it odd that they were the first charge and I actually received merchandise.

I, of course, reported this to my credit card company, which reversed all the charges. Nearly five months later, my husband gets a call from a collection agency about a charge to Belisi Fashions. He can't recall the exact amount disputed, but it was over $100. We haven't recieved anything else from Belisi or the collection agency.

It looks like I'm going to have to work with the CC company, Belisi, and the collection agency to straighten this out. It sounds like I might have a rough time ahead! Any company, like Belisi, that doesn't publish a number for customer service always makes me extremely suspicious. I will keep you updated as this plays out.

Unfortunately there is no information on this complaint that allows us to look at the specific account. In addition being that banks do not post charges in any specific order occurring on a specific date or time, there is no reasoning to blame our company just under the fact that our charge appeared first on the list.

According to the complaint, this customer apparently received merchandise from our company that they claim they did not order, reversed the charges with their credit card company and never returned the merchandise or contacted our customer service line to advise our company of the apparent fraud on their credit card.

Our toll free 800 number is located on the customers bank/billing statement directly next to the charge and is included in the membership guide which is sent with the introductory package, which the customer stated they received. Had they made an effort to contact us, their credit card would have been immediately refunded, flagged for fraudulent activity, the account would have been documented and they would have been given instructions on how to return the merchandise back to us. By contacting us directly, it would have avoided the possibility of any collections attempts on their account for merchandise that was shipped, received and not paid for by the consumer.
