In 06/07 I ordered a (3) ties @6.00ea plus shipping(19.00 & change) I received the ties.. 07/17I recived (1) tie @43.00.Icalled the Belisi,s an stated that I didnot order the tie.. I was informed that the promo stated that if I kept thr(3) ties that every 30 days I would received four(4) ties @ 43.00.I asked to speake to a supervisor.I was told to hold the conection was broken.

I was checking my E-Mail and Belisi,s sent E-Mail Sub. Belisi Accout Resolution.: Which gave option close the accout or receive a refund. I was giving the option to purchase any product they offered. The option to change shipment frequency to either 30, 60, 90days. There was nothing in the promo that ststed I would receive four(4) more ties @ $43.00 ea.

Ay there Webb Site it states that if product is retured-in60days you could receive a full refund procviding it had not been worn, Customer Service didnot inform me of info. I hade to go to Webb Sitye to get the info.Time: 4:37 EST Customer Service is closed.
