Bell Ford Scamed Me, Almost Had Me Locked Up For No Reason Mebane North Carolina

Went To Bell Ford To Look For A Newer Mini Van.Talked
To A Sales Man By The Name Of Ovid Trimble.

Got A Call From Mr Trimble Saying He Was Still Working On Getting Me In A Newer Mini Van And Asked Me If I Would Change My Mind About The 2003 Windstar And If I Would He Would Put Me In A 2007 Freestar.

March 1
Mr Trimble Called Me Back And Asked Me To Come
Down To The Dealship For A Few Mins. After Getting Down There Mr Trimble Said He Could Not Get It Worked Out For
The 2007 But Got The Deal Worked Out For The 2003 And They Was Cleaning It And Getting It Ready For Me. He Said It Would Take About A Hour Or Two Before They Was
Ready To Deal.So I Went Home And Waited. Then Mr Trimble Called Back And Said To Come On Down And Sign The Paperwork.

March 2
Went Back Down To The Dealship To Get
The Keyless Door Code And To Turn In The
The Paper Work From The Ins Company To
Show There Was Ins On The 2003 Windstar
March 5th Went Back To The Dealership To
Get The Keyless Door Code And Remote.

March 8 Went Back Down To The Dealship
To Ask A Question About The Van.

March 9 Went And Had The Van Fitted For
A Wheelchair Lift And Etc.

March 12 Got A Call From Mr Trimble And
He Asked Me If I Could Come Down To The
Dealship.Went Down To The Dealship And He
Told Me Something Was Done Wrong When
The Sales Loan Person Sent In The Loan Agree-
Ment And Now I Need To Put Money Down On
The Van In Order To Keep It .I Told Mr Trimble
That I Couldn't Put No Money Down At This
Point In Time Because I Just Put All The Money
I Had Into Getting The Van Fitted For A Wheelchair
Lift And If They Would've Told Me This When
I Got The Van I Could've Put Something Down On
The Van.He Then Told Me To Just Go Home And See
What They Could Work Out .

March 13 Mr Trimble Called Me Back And Said They
Was Still Working On It But It Was Looking Like They
Was Going To Have To Take The Van Away From
Me If I Didn't Put Something Down On The Van.
So I Went Down To The Dealship And Told Them
That I Didn't Want To Keep Dealing With This If They
Had Any Plans On Taking The Van .Mr Trimble Told
Me Just To Leave And The Only Thing That Could Happen
Is I Would Get My Old Van Back.I Told Mr Trimble At That
Time That I Had Over $5000 Tied Up In The 2003 And That
I Had No Way Of Getting My Money Back For It.
He Then Told Me Just To Go Home.

March 14
Mr Trimble Called Back And Told Me That The Dealship
Was Going To Work Something Out With Me And For Me To Just Wait On Them To Get It Worked Out I Asked Him
What Was Going On And He Told Me That The First
Contract I Had Was All Wrong And That It Was No Good
And That They Was Working On A New Contract And In
Order For Me To Keep The Van They Had To Have Me
Do The New Paper Work Or They Was Going To Take The
Van.

Got A Call From Bell Ford In Mebane NC
They Asked Me To Come Down To Dealership
Cause They Had A New Deal Agreement Worked
Out For Me.So I Went Down To The Dealship
After Getting There I Had To Wait About 15 mins
For Them To Type Up The Paper Work After The
Paperwork Was Typed Up For The New Deal The
Loan Person Told Me That The Main Reason The
Old Paper That I Got On March The 1 Wasn't Any
Good Was Because The Guy That Done The Paper
Was Not Able To Sign It.Then He Went On To Telling
Me The Other Reason Was Because When They Sent
Off To Ford Motor Credit ,They For Got To Take Off
The $5000 Dollar Rebate From The First Van They
Tried To Get Me In .He Said What Happened Was
They Added The $5000 Rebate To 2003 Windstar
And That Was The Only Reason Ford Motor Credit
Let Me Have The Loan In The First Place..Then I
Showed Them The Paper Work I Got On March 1st
And Asked Them To Show Me Where The $5000
Was Put On The 2003 Windstar.After Listen To

A Lot Of BS The Loan Person Said To Make Things
Right By Me They Worked It Out To Let Me Have
The 2003 Windstar For A Less Amount Of Payments
Then What Was Stated On The First Contract .
After Reading Over The New Contract And Saw It
Was A Better Deal I Told Them I Needed To Call My
Lawyer First Before I Signed Anything. Then After
Talking To My Lawyer I Handed The Phone To The
Loan Person He Told Her What Was Going On And Then
I Hung The Phone Up.And Started To Fill Out Paper Work
After Signing A Few Of The Papers For The New Paper
Work The Loan Person Told Me To Hold On A Min And He
Went To The Owner Of The Dealship And Told Him That
Before I Would Sign Anything That He Had To Talk To
His Lawyer .Then The Owner Told Me To Get The *&*
Off His Property And To Leave The *&*&ing Van There And
To Take My Piece Of *&*& Van With Me Or He Was Going To Have Me Locked Up. And He Said As Far As My *&*&ing Lawyer Goes And You Go Ya'll Both Can Kiss My *&*&. And Theres Nothing You Can Do Or your 2 Bit Lawyer Can Do Cause He Has Lawyers That Eats Lawyers Like Yours For Dinner And That It Didn't Matter How Much Money I Had Or Who The Hell I Think I Got For A Lawyer There Was Nothing Anyone Could Do To Him But Kiss His *&*&..

So I Went Out In The Middle Of The Rd To Wait For The Law To Get There.While I Was Out In The Middle
Of The Rd One Of The Dealers Tried To Talk Me Into Getting Into The 2003 Windstar And He Would Drive Me Around Back To Get My Old Van That I Used For A Trade In.But Because Of What The Owner Of Bell Ford Said I Stayed Out In The Middle Of The Rd And Would Not Get In The Van..Then After 15mins Or So Of Being Out In The Middle Of The Rd I Started To Walk Home .The Owner Then Called The Law On Me For Stealing The Keys To The Windstar. The Law Came To My House And Placed Me In Handcuffs Until After They Read The Paper Work I Got From Bell Ford On March The 1st. Then The Law Offered To Talk Me Back Down To The Car Lot To Pic Up The 2003 Windstar That I Had The Contrack For.

After Getting Down To The Dealship The Owner Showed The Cops A Legal Document that said they had the right
to take the van back if anything was wrong with the loan or said paper work But The Top Half Of The Paper Was Not Filled Out
So To Me Its Not Legal But The Dealership Still Kept The Van The Cop Then Made The Owner Of The Dealship Print Him A Copy Of The Document So I Would Have It For My Own Use. Then Then the Cop Took My Wife Around Back To Get The Van We Used As A Trade In ,Back And Then The Owner Told My Wife That It Was My Own Stupid Fault For Losing The Van .And That If The Dumb *&* Would've Not Tried To
Get A Lawyer Into This He Would Still Have The Van...

Had A Seizure My Wife Said
It Lasted About 2 to 3 Mins

March 15
Had Another Seizure Lasted
About 2 Mins Or So
Had To Take A Few Pain Pills
From Having To Walk Home From The Dealership

March 16
Had To Send My Wife And Kids To Her Mom & Dad's
Because I Was So Upset Over This Matter,And Was
Worried I Would Hurt Someone From All The Stress

Had A Blackout Wife Said I Was
