Ordered products from BellaLabs and LA creme. Canceled products 7 days after receiving products. Next day my card was charged for both products. I was sent an email stating their cancelation return policy. I was within the time to return. Placed fraud alert and stop payment with my bank, which is pending. Sent email to bells labs with policy info and their miss calculation of dates. Requested funds returned immediately. Product has been returned.

Received refund in full.However their counterpart LaCreme, has not yet refunded my money. They have canceled any further purchases as requested. Will file claim with my bank if no resolution within 5 more days.

This company is a massive fraud on many fronts. I just found out that they are also the owners and operators of many dating websites that already have thousands of complaints filed against them for massive deception and fraud. On the dating site, BBWDesire.com, 99% of the female profiles are fake yet they also send out bot emails to males as to entice them into joining and paying yet the men never ever hear from those women again. I've yet to come across one real profile in which the lady in the profile exists in real life.

La creme skin care DO NOT ORDER! It is advertised with Bella Labs and get a jar of La Creme and a bottle of Bella Lab cream. They advertise together and claim you need to use both to get maximum results. The ad is you get the product free for 14 days but you place only one Total scam! San Diego California

Bella Labs I was of the understanding that I was ordering a FREE TRIAL SAMPLE I read through the website and found no mention of any return policy or need to cancel. I did not see any reference to the fact that more would be shipped and billed. I have been billed $87.93 twice! I have NOT received and more product. I did call and their agent tried to sell me more or at very least keep what I had and pay charge!!!! I have been through this before just recently and now know I will go directly to my back to dispute charges and they will take the appropriate action. Del Mar Nationwide
