I accepted Bellaclear's free trial introductory offer, for a 30 day acne treatment program. All they ask is that you pay S&H, $4.87. If not satisfied, you may cancel the program with no furthur obligation. I don't have a lot money to waste on stuff that dosen't work; this looked like a good deal. If the product lived up to it's claims I would continue the program, if not I cancel. Although, the ad didn't actually state that you have thirty days to try the product, the pharses 30-day treatment & every 30 days does imply you have 30 days to try.

Click accept, fill in your personal info, email & credit card no.. click finish; as I was saving the page, Bellerclear's logo flashed for a split second, it did strike me as odd but nothing to be concerned about. It was too quick to read, it's what the free trial ad neglects to mention. It's the secret terms for the free trial offer where you agree to let Bellerclear rip you off.

The free trial is for ten days & starts the day you made the order. Mine came in four days, so, by their terms, this left me six days to try a thirty day program. "AFTER TEN DAYS" unless you decide to cancel, we'll "conveniently" bill you $78.41; the cost of the full 30 day program that you recieved in shipment. Yup, they bill you for your free trial and you barely had time to open the box. No one in their right mind would knowing agree to those terms, and most victims wont find out untill they read their bank statements.

I do internet banking so I found out early in the scam. Bellerclear didn't waste any time billing my credit card 10 days from the date of my order. I tried to point out that it clearly states in their own terms, "After ten days" the 10th day would be over at midnight. They claim that I am bound by their terms; I pointed out that by billing me on the 10th day, they jumped the gun,clearly a breach of their own so called contract.

Their response was, Too bad for you, we have your money, and you won't get it back; I don't care if you were billed on day nine.
