Hello, two months ago,I was going to do their 5.95 trial, but after trying a friend's. It burned my skin off and swelled eyes shut. So, I canceled the order the same day. The woman on phone guaranteed me I would not be charged. I have spent numerous hours trying to get this resolved yet they still are charging 200 a month. The lady told me it was my fault for ordering the trial but I told her I canceled within the 14 days and she got quiet then hung up on me.
