i made a payment on 02/22/2005 to american payment systems. bellsouth said they never got the payment that was sent. the payment was posted to my old phone no. that i had with bellsouth 8 months agoso they siad. bellsouth said that no. never exsist. i faxed bellsouth a copy of my old phone bill with the no. on it and a payed reciept still no payment was posted. i called bellsouth several time they said we havn't recieved it, then the agent at the payment center talked to bellsouth while i was there, they claim to be looking into it. it's been three months now. i call bellsouth every otther day about this, they said were looking in to it. we havn't recieved it from the payment system i don't know what else to do can you all please help me?
