Bellsouth Ripoff harassment Charlotte North Carolina

I am wondering if Bellsouth is treating all of their customers as they are treating myself. Every month just before our bill is due or the day after it is due, Bellsouth is calling our home. Actually it is some service Bellsouth uses to call for them, which I do not appreciate as they were given all of my personal info Bellsouth has.

The person calling on behalf of Bellsouth is asking when I intend to pay my phone bill. These callers act as if I were 6 months behind on my mortgage. They are cold, rude and demand information such as my employment status.
I often feel verbally assaulted after these calls. The aggravating part of this situation is that I am not behind on my phone bill. It gets paid every month. These calls often occur before the bill is even due. If the bill is a day late, these calls occur.

This is nothing short of harrasment. Bellsouth is taking advantage of the fact that this is an area where we have no real choices other than to use their service if we want a phone. As soon as another phone company comes to the area, I will be changing. One that knows the meaning of customer service
