I was refered to belrion from a friend, who was going to use their services. At the time I had never bought anything "game use" related. I had recently started playing a very popular multiple player online game.

I kept seeing advertisements in the game for in game use gold. Since I had seen it, and knew that a vast majority of people who played the game purchase gold, I decided to buy from Belrion, the company my friend suggested.

My first order was ok, besides taking several hours to make it to me, I was satisfied. I then purchased again, same problem, but nevertheless got my gold. The third time became a nightmare. To recieve gold you have to sell items in an in game auction house, a place where anyone can buy items as long as they have a game ID and account logon.

They ask you to place certain items in, at a certain price, for a certain time and they will buy them. However the items you sell are no where near worth the amount that you sell them for, this is how you make the money.

I ordered 1200 gold, in exchange for American Currency, via PayPal,(this is why I trusted the site). I checked my in game e-mail, where the gold is delivered. I only had 10% of the promised amount in my mailbox. So I went to the auction house, and saw that only one out of the 8 items was purchased.

So I calmly e-mailed them, and stated the problem. I waited for the reply and got one that stated that they did not make a mistake and I should check my in game mail again. So I did, and the same problem was there.

Contacted them again via email, this time telling them that I wanted a refund, or the rest of my money back. I even stated that I would pay for the 10% that I recieved.

They responded by saying that they did not make a mistake, and that i should check, yet once again. I immediately sensed a scam, I responded to them stating that I was unhappy, and again wanted a refund or the remaining gold.

They suprisingly responded saying that they would not take threats, and that they would make sure that my game ID would be banned, and that they would make sure that I couldn't play the game anymore, and to just leave this alone!(I have every Email, and will send them to you on request).

I told them that they could not scare me, and that their threats would not be carried out. I then said that I would start a campain, to rid the world of their scams, and bring to light what they do to people who pay for their services, and get ripped off. Using their own form of advertisment (In game bots, hastely made characters used to just advertise their services in game) to beat them back. I will not stop until everyone in every game server knows not to trust belrion.

Shortly after, I recieved an email from a supposed "bel" stating that he was the owner, and that he had been in business for over 3+ years and that this problem doesnt happen often. He also stated that he "ran" across my email, while searching through doing quality control on his sales workers. He did refund my cash.

After recieving this email, I thought that it might just have been a mistake, and that every company has a few bad employees. I foolishly purchased again. I did recieve my order, one half delivered then, the other half delivered two days later, but yet I was satisfied, and understood that they have to find this gold.

A couple of weeks later I purchased an order, this time, since seeing that "bel" was watching things, I felt that I could order a larger amount. The same nightmare happened. Checked my in game mail only to see this time about 25% of my gold, I knew from expereince to check the auction house, and there it was, the remainder of my items had not been purchased.

I sent an email, letting them know kindly of the mistake, they replied that they purchased the whole amount and that I should check my in game mail once again. I did, no gold. I then replied stating that I wanted back my money, this time no gold, just my money.

They replied with a claim process that I should go through, I did, the next day they responded stating that they would not refund my order, stating that they had "pictures" of them buying out my order. I then since it was a new character went to the auction house and took screenshots of my remaining unpurchased orders, and my gold tab that I had, just in case this went somewhere.

I replied and let them know that this is the beginning of the end of them, that they will eventually through crappy service run themselves out of business. They will actually do my work for me.

DO NOT buy anything from BELRION, I am completely stupid for going back, but I thought that it was just a mistake, mistakes happen. I now know that Belrions "Mistakes" are intentional, and they will stategically rob you eventually. Your first time might work, your second might work, but they will eventually lay it to you.

Over 7 million people play the game I am interested in everyday. And millions buy from these type companies everyday, there is a vast market to scam.

Just for morals, and justice, I will not stop until they are out of business.

The next time before I take anyone's advice on an online service, even if they are a close friend, I will investigate the companies history from now on.

I happened to come across this rippoff report and would like to express my experience with Belrion.

Me and my guild mates have been buying wow gold and powerleveling services from Belrion.com since Mar 2007 and they have always been very friendly and attentive.

Surely there are hiccups as in ,delay in order on few occasion + 2 or 3 occasion where they are unable to fill full orders due to vendor accounts issues.
But they have always maintain communication thru email or live chat and would hand out refund as requested.
*Btw, their 24x7 live help are always manned so any issues, just look them up there.

They may not be as big as thsale.com or mogs.com but surely they don't deserve to be given such nasty -ve feedback after >3 years in service ( or 5 )

As for the aussie buyer who claimed he was scammed 320usd for a wow pl packaged, I think he should not link www.belrionaccounts.com to belrion.com as belrionaccounts.com are a affiliatiation site under gametag.com and gamepal.com

Just 1 mth back, 2 of my guild mates had their 1-60 and 1-70 account made at belrion.com and account was delivered without any issues, so maybe he can try out belrion.com and not belrionaccounts.com :P

I would rate belrion 4 out of 5 star both in service and pricing

Just my 2cents worth ^^
( I will be asking Belrion to give me a nice discount after this clarification LOL )

I purchased 1000g on Belrion, and they did not deliver whatsoever. I wasn't given any information after completing the purchase. The 1000g wasn't delivered. I cannot find any way to contact them, other than email (which they don't respond to). The one time I was able to get ahold of them on their internet live chat, they told me i was wrong and then disconnected promptly. What can i do in order to get a refund from them? Any tips?

I Trust Them...

I have used Belrion for many years, like 4-5 years. Since the EQ era till the current WoW. I always had very pleasant experience with them. Well, so far all my delivery are on time though there are few instances where the time exceed 1hr but i got what i paid for which is most important. Oh yes, I got bonus for my repeat purchase too.

I had a friend try to use their PL service. His account got banned. Belrion replied, "The account was banned before we could begin the service" which was complete BS. They messed up.

Beware using their service.

I have purchased four 1 million orders from Belrion. There is a language barrior sometimes--BUT I HAVE ALWAYS HAD THE GILL DELIVERED TO THE MAILBOX OR BY A BELRION CHARACTER!
I have also been given Bonus Gil for purchasing from Belrion--somtimes 20000 Gill,
I have had no problem and they do have PC online support.
Thank You. I will buy from Belrion.
