Beltone Wouldn't work with my problem on my hearing aids Pasadena Texas

Had a pair of hearing aids made supposedly to my measurements.  Because they make molds of your ears.  When I went to pick them up they didn't fit.  So the doctor just cuts off some of the part.  When placing it back in my ear was hurting because of the sharpness of the plastic/silicone.  Have gone a couple of times and complained letting her know that my left hearing aid really bothers me in so many ways.  Claims that is the way it is suppose to fit.  Just won't listen to my concerns.  It's not like they were cheap @ $4000 a pair she should take care of my problem even though they have a guarentee for three years she won't work with me at all.  If I would have know the problems I was going to have I would have purchased the otc ones way much cheaper.
