Beltone This company refuses to refund $3800 for defective hearing aids Phoenix, Arizona

During the initial interview wth the Phoenix Beltone company for hearing aids I asked if they would guarantee they would enable me to understand my wife and tv. I was assured they would.  They didnt do either one. In addition to that they died after a few days. I asked for a refund.. The rep repaired them and told me wear them for at least a month to give my ears a chance to adapt to them,  A little over a month later I still couldnt understand my wife or tv and again asked for a refund and  was again refused.  The clerk explained that refunds were given only during the first thirty days unless the rep interceded. I asked for an appointment with the rep to discuss it. 

The clerk gave me an appointment for the following Wednesday.  When I arrived for the appointment there was no rep.  The receptionist explained that the rep worked at another branch on Wednesdays.

Shortly after that both hearing aids died again. Refund refused again.  They are junk and I feel Ive been scammed. I sent Beltone a letter similar to this one demanding a refund.  They ignored it.

Can you help me get a refund?
