I was hired to build a website for this client. The website was design and developed fully, and the "only" issues that arose were a result of server limitations and the number of database connections.

So everyday I got email after email about how this doent work ... or that doesnt work ... long after the site was tested, and approved to be released. They paid the final balance and I set it up on their servers.

Now it doesnt work - after 3 other people - by the client own admission - poked around in the script files.

Additionally, he changed the server passwords so I couldnt get in and fix it if I wanted to.

So I told him ... get a server the supports the system. We will set it up on there and "then" trouble shoot any remaining issues. But Im not doing anything on the current server because as far as I can tell, "that" is what is causing the issues. Not the scripting or programming code.

The email he copied above makes it look like Im the bad guy here, but if you only knew a small % of the crap this guy sent me in emails. F*** this and F*** that every other day ... than the an apology email shortly thereafter and then next day the cycle repeats.

He is never satisfied, nothing is every good enough, and he continues to add further work to the original scope of the project that we agreed upon - and then throws a little fit when I request more money. Any business you can think of will charge you extra for extra products. You cannot hire someone to paint "half" your house ... then then expect them to throw the other half in for free because you decided to do the whole thing. Guess what ... you want the whole house done, great ... but it will cost you more money.

Im not really sure what part of that some people have such a hard time getting their head around.

And currently - even after this guy writes a ripoff report about me, and files for a credit card chargeback to screw me out of the "minimal" amount of money I made for dealing with his crap ... he is "STILL" using the site. It is still live and online at www.rateurtrick.com and it still functions just fine - with the exception of the database connection problems when 50 people or more are on the site at any given time due to server restrictions ... which I instructed him to change and adjust to meet his needs and was ignored.

Take a look at the site. A complete website, built from scratch with the design and programming, database work, etc ... start to finish for users to register, login, pay to become a member (which is finished, but still not installed), and a fully functional admin system to manage the entire site ... and I charged him $1400.00

Then after months and months of "oh by the way, this ... oh by the way, that ... hey, while your in there .. maybe you can add one of these.

Add to it his attitude and mouthy behavior ... then a chargeback on the final balance of $600.00 means that I basically made about $2.00 per hour on this website. Then subtract the amount I paid to my programmer for the work he did, and I am sitting on a negative balance for this particular job.

But "Im" the scam artist. "Im" the one ripping people off. I dont get it. How do you have it figured that working for months on a project and "losing" money is my way of taking advantage of people and trying to rip them off.

If you ask me, its the other way around. you are the rip off. You are the scam artist. Not me.

Also ..... since he like to pull out emails to show how "rude" I am ...... take a look at this email here ... this is an email from "him" - one of many that provoked my "over the line" response back to him. So the Mr. "Im an angel and did nothing at all to deserve to be treated this way" gimmick he is pulling is nonsense. Read on ...

you have your head so far up your own f**king a*s you can't even see
straight. You either learn to treat your clients with respect and stop
acting live some 2 year old who didn't get his candy on time and you MIGHT
be tolerable.

Now you have Steven of all people buying into your crap. You think you can
make the rules apply to you whenever you want. Keep thinking that. Steven
was the one who wanted to can your a*s and I decided to keep you.

We have been through this 1000 times, answer a f**king email. How hard is
that? I have told you over and over and over how important this is and you
go on ignoring me. When I finally got you to take a conference call, you
alone wasted man power and time that was resolved with a 5 minute call,
three months worth.

I don't know if you are on drugs, your wife isn't giving you enough or what
kind of mental defect you have. You lied to me from day one and you
continue to lie to me now and I very clearly warned you from the first email
do not f**k with me. Again, your refusal to answer my emails and they keep
coming because you don't respond. You do not get to make the rules here.
You do not own my company. Who exactly do you think you are?

I have every reason to believe, because you have shown me nothing to the
contrary because for whatever reason it didn't suit your needs, that what
new crap you had planned to give me was worthwhile and any changes, and
based onthe crap you have given me so far, and it IS crap, would no way be
ready for 12/01/08.

I asked you a VERY SIMPLE thing. Answer an email. The times you do, you
never address the email, you go off on some other issue and then, to make it
worse, you ask me to reiterate and then YOU CHANGE when we agreed on. And
if that isn't enough, then you come back and blame me for changing my mind.
I have spent the last 10-20 min reviewing every last email to ensure I am
not the one who has lost it and thankfully I am right.

If Steven wants to pay you the $600 and ruin our friendship over that, it's
his call. You have done NOTHING to fix the issues, instead you blame
Stephen or Mario and move on. Is that the new definition for standing by
your web creation? You're a hack and nothing more.

And Steven, how f**king dare you! You want this a*****e to keep $600,
that's your choice. Because Ben says he has it is BULLSHIT. How do I know?
Because the passwords since they implemented the new cc server HAVE CHANGED,
as well as some of the security protocols that did not exist on the old
portal, so assuming Ben is operating on the old portal, it's useless and
unless he emailed me for the new info, it's useless. So glad you are
steadfast in your decision.

Ben would have known that if he answered an email, so good planning there
Steven. So in the process of trying to play mother hen, you just lost $600.
ALL THIS BECAUSE Ben does not know how to hit REPLY.

Permissions, and any other related item to the second launch in which YOU
BOTH were sent emails on early on, NOTHING has been address by Ben because
his majesty can't seem to get enough of the stick out of his a*s to deal
with it. You feel the answer is there are bugs in every new system. This
is SO d**n SIMPLE we can avoid the bugs. The only issue was GD not
informing me or changing the policy of 50 concurrent users. How he
misunderstands that in relation to the 1000 member issue is beyond me but
only goes to further prove my point.

You want to end a 20+ year friendship due to a f**k like Ben? Go ahead.
Ben thinks his busybee lifestyle and our not being able to comprehend the
discipline he has to endure is one of the causes, I have f**king assholes
prowling around in the back of my house, my address published on the f**king
internet now for everyone to see. I f**kING GUARANTEE he trades his life for
mine for ONE f**kING DAY he won't last 1/2 a day. So if you can comprehend
that and make a decision based on that, by all means jump in head first. I
thought you were much smarter than that. Ben is a simple two bit con man
who would pimp out his grandmother to make a cent and then deny her any type
of shelter when she's done turning tricks and then of course, true to form
blame it on grandmama.

So you want it to go this direction, then f*** it and f*** both of you
