Ben Gordon- Ben.gordon108@yahoo.com, Bengordon2009@aol.com Internet, Money Order Fraud through Craigslist Rochester New York

I listed 4 used tires on craigslist in the Rochester, NY area in the hopes to sell them locally. A couple days after they were listed I was contacted by a man named "Ben Gordon" by email saying that he was interested in buying my tires but he was "out of town on business" so he asked if he could arrange for his assistant to pay me and as an added bonus he would pay an extra $20 for me to hold them for him and consider them sold.
I replied that I would be happy to sell them to him if I could meet with his assistant to collect the payment.
A day later I received an email from him saying that his assistant was mailing me a money order and I should contact him as soon as I receive it. That night, my mother warned me about some recent money order scandals in Rochester. So I googled the guys name because he used his full name as his email address (ben.gordon108@yahoo.com) and I found a link to Ripoff Report with a report on the same situation I was in by another user on this site.
I then proceeded to email "Ben" and tell him that I was unable to sell him my tires anymore and expected that to be the end of it. The next day I received an email from a bengordon@aol.com saying that by "accident" his assistant sent the wrong payment money order to me and that I should deduct that amount from my bank account and send it back to him as a money order.
I'm still waiting for the fake money order to take to the police but beware and please be careful.
